The body's wounds and wisdom are residing side by side in our body & psyche -- probably to amplify and define each other!

• How much choice do we have to choose joy over pain?
• What are our redundant self-sabotaging voices that make us feel stuck?
• How deeply buried are the self-healing responses that surprise us with their shocking wisdom and delightful creativity?

Join us for a Body-Art Joyshop! in which we will explore how to move from inertia and confusion to a joyful, creative expansion, skillfully guided by Ute. "High Art Play" will integrate the polarities of pain & joy! Unergi creativity, art, movement, sound and nature will be the tools.

Schedule & Fees for the Study & Training Group: We meet 6 weekends per year (on a rolling admission) for $100/month or $1,000/annually (a $200 savings over the monthly payment plan)

Ute Arnold's  "Unergi Body-Psychotherapy" method blends Gestalt therapy with Unergi Core-Support movements and the Alexander technique.
