Who would you be if you could learn how to listen to the many voices that are hiding just below your conscious awareness? What would you hear and whose voices would they be?
Join us to find out who is REALLY creating your adopted belief systems and your life so far. We will learn how to amplify the magnificent self to release the wounded child, navigating and transforming the minefield of triggers, and finally building a roadmap to express what has been hidden and dormant in your core self.

In this workshop we will be working and playing with the following Unergi tools:

• MASK MAKING and creative expression to call forth the indestructible spirit of the younger self, while exploring your ALTER EGO personalities
• Psycho-physical MICRO-MOVEMENTS to build new brain/mind pathways
• Getting to know your RADIANT SELF via Unergi's healing touch while reprogramming cellular memory, then finding your ground in a dialogue with a kindred spirit

Learn to date yourself with curiosity, willingness and love. You will find that this will magnify an attraction to a life well lived, worthy of yourself and your world.

Please bring:
Scissors, a stapler, and mask making decorations (ribbons, feathers, glitter, etc.)
Potluck food: for Saturday and Sunday lunches.

Join us for this Introductory weekend for $240. We meet every other month, 6 weekends per year (on a rolling admission), with considerable savings if you pay for one year upfront.

ACOA
Adult Children of Alcoholics
and other dysfunctional family survivors

Stories of neglect and abuse, which many adult children of alcoholics typically suffer are recorded in the cells of the body. It is most effective to release these stories by creative a deep and direct connection with the body through:

Psycho-physical movement:
to reprogram habitual physical responses
Body-talk: to learn how to listen to the wisdom of the body
Creative expression:
to involve the indestrictive spirit of the younger self
Speaking up and being heard in a safe group environment:
to build a sacred container in which to feel encourage to 'move on'
