Exploring the Emotional Link with Unergi Body-Psychotherapy

Your body knows how to tell you your truth if you know how to listen! and it believes everything you say ! Your emotions are the link between mind and body!

With Unergi Body-Psychotherapy we will explore how we can reprogram the body/brain's neuro- patterns by inviting a deep change in the "molecules of your emotions".

A staff of professional Body-Psychotherapy teachers will gently prepare your “receptive field” through intentional touch/Alexander technique, Unergi Core-Support Movements, attunement to nature and playful creativity.

This will enlarge your body's “ receptor sites “ ( no longer restricted by habitual stressful response patterns of the past ) and awaken you into the lightness of your being, while you navigate your emotional map with ease.

You may be interested in the book by scientist Candace Pert, PhD. “Molecules of Emotion”. Candace also wrote the foreword to Ute's book “Touchback: A Self-Healing Journey of Body, Art and Nature”. Both can be ordered on the Unergi website: www.unergi.com
